Once your order is prepared, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping. Currently, we only ship to the countries listed above.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY?
Your order cannot be modified after being placed, as it is automatically processed for preparation. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED AND IS RETURNED TO US?
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful after two delivery attempts by the carrier, the shipment may be redirected to a local pickup point designated by the courier.
If the order is made available at the pickup point and is not collected within the maximum holding period of 10 days, the shipment will be returned to our facilities.
In the event that the order is returned to us due to non-collection, failed delivery attempts, or absence at the delivery address, and the customer requests a reshipment, an additional shipping fee of €5 will be required before the order can be sent again.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
